Connecting Procore to Smoothx (QuickBooks Integration)

How to connect your Procore account to Smoothx

NOTE - A Red dot indicates Procore Access is disconnected

Connecting your Procore Account

  1. Log in to your Smoothx Integration - https://app.smoothx.com/
  2. Navigate to Settings

3. Select Procore & QuickBooks Access menu
4. Click Connect to Procore - You will be redirected to Procore Login
NOTE: The Procore account used to connect to Smoothx MUST have FULL Administration rights.
 5. Complete Log in to Procore & Allow Access
 
6. Select the relevant Procore Company

8. A Green Dot is now displayed next to Procore Access
