Enable Project Syncing to Publish Invoices to Procore

Smoothx Tools Dashboard (Admin user only)

From the Smoothx Tools Dashboard, you can:

Available Tools

Access your Smoothx Tools: 

  1. Log in to your ProScan account - https://tools.smoothx.com/

  2. Navigate to Dashboard

All active Smoothx Tools will be highlighted here. You can click the tool name to open the tool, or click the tool name located in the main menu bar.

Enable Project Syncing

You must ensure the Syncing Status is "On" to be able to publish an invoice from ProScan to Procore.

NOTE: ProScan+ is ONLY connected to Procore.

It does not connect directly to any accounting applications.

  2. Under the Project list, enable the Syncing Status toggle Screenshot 2025-05-20 131414

Syncing Status can be set to turn on automatically.

Refresh Procore Cost Codes & Sub Jobs

Following changes to any Procore Cost Codes or Sub Job Cost Codes, the data from Procore may require updating.

  1. Navigate to Dashboard Screenshot 2025-05-20 130710

  2. Under the Project list, locate the Project(s) 

  3. Click the Refresh Cost Code button
  4. If Sub Jobs are used, select the Sub Job name(s) and click Refresh

Refresh Procore Data

If required, you can refresh all Procore Project data in ProScan+.

  2. Under the Project list, tick the Project check box

  3. Click the Procore Refresh button
