      Connecting QBO to Smoothx (QBO Integration)

      How to connect your QBO account to Smoothx

      NOTE - Red dot indicates QBO Access is disconnected

      Connecting your QBO Account

      1. Log in to your Smoothlink Integration - https://app.smoothx.com/
      2. Navigate to Settings

      3. Select Procore & QBO Access menu
      4. Click Connect to QBO - You will be redirected to QBO Login

      NOTE: The QBO account used to connect to Smoothlx MUST have FULL Administration rights.

       5. Complete Log in to QBO & Allow Access
       6. Select the relevant QBO Company

      7. Click Save
      8. A Green Dot is now displayed next to QBO Access
