      How to create ProScan+ User Accounts

      Creating a New User Account

      NOTE: ProScan+ does not send/email out login details.

      You will need to share the required web address and login details with each user.

      1. Log in to your ProScan+ account - https://tools.smoothx.com/
      2. Navigate to ProScan+ tool
      3. Select User menu Screenshot 2025-06-27 120218
      4. Click New Screenshot 2025-06-27 120309-1
      5. Complete the following:
        1. Name = Person's Name
        2. Email = Email Address
        3. Phone Number (Password) = Unique number Screenshot 2025-06-27 120425

      NOTE: No spaces allowed in Phone Number

      6. Click Create
