Procore - Install Smoothx Integration App

How to Install Smoothx Integration on Procore Apps

The Procore/Smoothx App installation is required when connecting Smoothx to Procore. This allows Procore to communicate and sync data to Smoothx.

Access Procore & (ERP) Settings

  1. Login to your Smoothx Integration - https://app.smoothlink.net/
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Select Procore & (ERP) tab

Installing the Smoothx App

After clicking 'Connect to Procore'  you must install the integration app on your Procore account.

Go to App Installation Required section:

  1. Click the 'Copy' button to copy the App IDimage2

  2. Now click 'Install App', which will take you to the Procore App Management

  3. Click 'Install app' under App Managementimage3
  4. Select 'Install custom app' image4
  5.  Paste the copied App ID
  6. Click 'Install'image5
  7. Return to the Smoothx integration page, click 'Refresh Status' image6
 

When the Procore App installation is completed, it will display a notification saying The app is installed and active. You can now continue with the integration setup.
