How to split scan line items to multiple projects

If an invoice contains costs to be allocated to different Procore projects, you can split the scan line items.

Splitting the line items creates a separate scan for the selected costs. Each scan can the be published to the respective projects.

How to Split Line Scan Line Items

  1. Open Smoothx Tools and select ProScan+
  2. Navigate to My Scans
  3. Open the scan
  4. Tick the selected Line Items
  5. Click the Action menu
  6. Select Split Line Items to Project
  7. Select the Project                         
  8. Click Assign

The selected scans line items will be removed for the current scan.

A new scan (with the same invoice number) will be available in My Scans assigned to the applicable project.
