Flags

Flags can be used to colour-code and categorise scans requiring additional checks or updates before publishing to Procore.

You can rename the flag to provide a clear indication of its use, e.g. Overbilling Issue

• Renaming Flags
• Assigning Flags
• Removing Flags

Renaming Flags (Admin user only)

1. Go to ProScan+ Setting
2. Select Flags
3. Click on the coloured flag and edit
4. Click Save

Assinging Flags

From My Scan Results

1. Tick the selected invoice(s)
2. Click Flag button
3. Select Flag optiion

From Scan Page

1. Open the selected invoice
2. Under Collaboration, select Flag option

Removing Flags

From My Scan Results

1. Tick the selected invoice(s)
2. Click Flag button
3. Select Remove Flag
