How to refresh individual project cost codes

When Procore Cost Codes are updated you may be required to refresh the Cost Codes in your Smoothx Tools.

Smoothx Tools Admin User Only

Refresh Procore Project Cost Codes

  1. Open Smoothx Tools
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard menu

  3. Scroll down to the Projects management section to view your active projects list.

  4. Click the Refresh Cost Code button (located on far right of screen) 

SubJobs: When projects have subjobs in Procore you will be required to select the subjobs that also require cost code refreshing.
